1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once I receive payment, I will begin your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Please inquire to see if it is possible to get something sooner.

2. Can you send my order as a gift?

Yes, if you want this to go straight to someone special, I can include a customized note. I can remove the invoice and send it directly to you. Please specify directions at checkout.

3. What is your return policy?

We will work together to make sure your 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not allow refunds. Exchange only. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email to receive a return authorization number. You have within 10 days. You will also need a copy of the invoice you received. Then, you simply return your merchandise to us. The item must be in its original and unused condition for a store credit that can be used up to 6 months. We reserve the right to determine if the item has been used or washed. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, please email us because each return is handled on a case to case basis.

4. How do you care for the items bought at Posh Principessa?

Hand wash for best results. You may also machine wash in warm on the gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Iron to remove wrinkles.

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.60! If paying by paypal, please make sure your address is correct and updated!
